A Few Reasons Why I Require the Application:

· It provides Me with medical information about you – like histories of heart problems, sezuires, allergies, phobias.  This information is critical if I’m going to provide a safe situation for you to play or live in.

· It gives Me a written list of your limits. 

· It gives Me a written list of your desires and interests.

· Provides Me with basic stats on you.

· It also demonstrates your desire to play or live with Me and shows respect for Myself and My rules.


Applicants should keep in mind that during the average year I talk to dozens of “applicants”.  Each individual has different needs and desires.  The ONLY way to even attempt to keep them all straight is to keep written records.  With the number of the people I talk to who turn out to be fakes only interested in jacking off online and wasting My time I am not going to take notes on each conversation that I have.  It is therefore your responsibility to get Me this information.  And practically speaking from the submissive’s point of view – any of you who truly want to serve or play with Me would WANT to provide Me with the information I ask for – it’s the only way to make sure you get the situation you want.  Keep in mind that I’m not a mind reader so I can not and will not guess what your limits are, what your desires are, what kind of health issues you might have.  For those of you who feel I should be getting all this information from conversations with you – reread the beginning of the paragraph.  And then keep in mind that once I get your completed application and review it that there will be conversations where you can explain yourself further, find out about Me, etc.
